What are the Four Pillars of Health?

​There are four cornerstones of good health: plenty of sleep, adequate movement, stress management, and good nutrition. We call these the four pillars of health. They are foundational to living a healthy life, and they can help prevent common conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. If you already have these conditions, doing your best in each of the four pillars of health can help you manage those conditions.
