We are hosting events in coffee shops, churches and other public places. People can ask questions, learn and share their health journey. Our interactive style of health education allows for engagement and interaction between healthcare educators and people. Our team includes: - Physicians - Nurses - Medical students - Public health experts Our session includes: - Speakers - Health education - Handouts - Resources - Fun discussion about heath. You can request Y4P at your community or event by submitting the form. We will review your application and respond. Our session and work are Free of charge. Our purpose is preventing heart disease in our communities. |
