What are the benefits of being a Y4P leader?
- Lead a dedicated and wonderful team of students interested in healthcare careers and community service
- Advance health education in underserved communities.
- Nurture leadership and community service skills
- Plan and create meaningful projects and events
What do I have to do as a Y4P leader?
- Help us improve our existing programming
- Train and mentor Y4P volunteers
- Organize training session for new volunteers
- Small time commitment: 2-3 hrs a month, variable based on projects and season
- Have fun improving health through education and prevention
Who can be a Y4P leader?
- Medical students
- Reside in Georgia
- Motivated and interested in engaging with other volunteers and the community
- Complete a Y4P leader application
- We will review the application and notify you about the status
